Theory #1 by AYK.
The secret ending to KH:III. What could it be?
An explosive moment that the entire game revolves around?!
Or a useless flashback into the past?
We Learned from ASAS and Deep Dive that the secret endings
Square Enix provide us with aren't always the most important moments in the actual game. Just snippets of it that really
don't impact the storyline much at all. Like the fight between Roxas and Riku. It wasn't a HUGE moment, really.
But... if they DID give us big moments, then
things would be spoiled from our constant gathering of evidence and what not.
So, the point is, that some people just overdo it. People are
like: "OMG! That soldier is riku! That one's Kairi! Blah blah! I think this I think that!" CUT IT OUT!!! Just sit back, and
think about it. Darn, people.
MY theory:
The secret ending to KH 2 is a flashback of the keyblade
wars, which is mentioned in some obscured Ansem Report. Possibly, it is footage of the end of the war, where all the keyblades
with fallen owners were placed as seen as a sort of graveyard or burial-ceremony, thing.

My theory is that the two wierd gladiator people in KH II's secret ending
are villans. And since it's called the keyblade war, may-b everyone gets a keyblade and Sora has to prove himself the best
wielder. In other words, the keyblade is trying to find a definite master or sumting like that...

My idea is that the organization members will come back.

Webmaster's Theory
Tetsuya Nomura had said that the secret ending to Kingdom Hearts II sort of
took place in the past, but the future as well.
Well, think about it. That image of the 3 keyblades in the desert. It could
be before Sora, Riku, and King Mickey ever got them.... yes?
The three soldiers? They could be the past wielders of the keyblade, or perhaps
even ones who wish to wield them. They could be evil... They could be good.
As for all of the other keyblades, maybe they were keyblades of the past wielders...
Perhaps each keyblade wielder gets a unique kind of keyblade... Or perhaps they are all the different kind of keyblades Sora
may one day get to use. For example, The Ultima Weapon is a "keychain" or a different kind of Keyblade.
Phrases and their possible meanings:
"It all begins with birth by sleep."
Well.... Roxas was sort of born while Sora was asleep. He was made after Sora became a heartless,
but the game ended and he fell asleep shortly after.
This could mean that Roxas is still an important factor for the future Kingdom Hearts Game.
"The Lost Two."
Hm. It could mean the soldiers, but there are 3 of them. Lets look at it this way-
There were 14 human-like nobodies. The organization, and Namine'. Every member of the organization
has been deceased, but technically Roxas and Namine' weren't. The phrase "The lost two" could simply mean that Roxas and Namine
were sort of 'lost' inside Sora and Kairi's bodies.
"Memory of Xehanort"
Perhaps Xehanort will return and play a huge factor in Kingdom Hearts III. Maybe some kind
of spell(I'm really pushing it) when someone's human heartless and human nobody are killed, the real human returns.
This would be awesome, because Sora wouldn't want to rebuild Kingdom Hearts, but he would
want to free people.
But like I said, that was really pushing it. There isn't much evidence to support that.
"The Keyblade War"
Perhaps it means when people choose the true keyblade wielder, or maybe it means Sora will
have to fight with all the recent keyblade wielders for the ultimate spot. This would be hard, there's one keyblade per person.
Did you see how many were in the secret ending?!
